What we undertake:

As part of general cleaning, our colleagues perform the following tasks precisely and reliably:

• Complete cleaning of bathrooms and toilets: sanitary ware, faucets, shower/bathtub, toilet bowl, descaling of tiles
• Cleaning of kitchen surfaces: counters, cabinet fronts, stove, sink, as well as cleaning the inside and outside of the microwave
• Vacuuming of interior areas: thorough vacuuming and hygienic mopping of all rooms for maximum cleanliness
• Surface cleaning and dusting: window sills, shelves, furniture surfaces, easily accessible areas
• Dusting and general tidying up
• Mopping using hygienic and thorough methods

Our colleagues always use the cleaning products and equipment that are customary and available at the given location to ensure that the cleaning is tailored to the environment and your preferences.

Advance consultation:

Please notify us in advance of any seasonal or larger cleaning needs so that we can ensure we can provide a date.

If we are unable to carry out cleaning at the usual time due to holidays, family events, or any other breaks, please notify us at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

Tasks requiring separate agreement:

Activities beyond basic cleaning, such as:

• window cleaning,
• oven cleaning,
• refrigerator cleaning,
• shutter and blind cleaning,
• extra descaling,
• major tidying up,
• ironing,
• any special requests

In all cases, we schedule and charge for tasks based on prior agreement. This ensures that our cooperation remains transparent and fair at all times.
