Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation, we may charge a certain percentage of the service fee, depending on the time of cancellation. If you need to cancel your cleaning service, please do so in a timely manner.
For cancellations made within 72 hours, we charge 25% of the service fee.
For cancellations within 48 hours, we will charge 50% of the service fee.
(This rule is not a penalty, but a way to ensure the livelihood of our colleagues, just as other service providers count on scheduled working hours and earned wages. Unfortunately, canceling a cleaning appointment at short notice means that our colleague cannot take on other work instead, but we still have to pay their daily fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, which helps us to provide a predictable and stable working environment for our employees. Of course, there are 'force majeure' situations - health, family - when it is not possible to cancel the cleaning appointment in time, and in such cases the above rule does not apply.)
Important information about determining the number of hours!
Customers typically determine the number of hours required based on their own previous experience or the number of hours specified by their previous cleaner or cleaning company. However, it is important to note that these guidelines do not guarantee that the task in question can always be completed in the same amount of time.
The time required for cleaning can depend on a number of factors, including the current condition of the property, the degree of soiling, the complexity of the tasks to be performed, and the individual work pace. Accordingly, the number of hours specified by the customer may not be sufficient to complete the cleaning in full.

What is time-based cleaning?
The customer books a predetermined number of hours, and cleaning is carried out within this time frame.
Is it guaranteed that the cleaning will be completed?
No. The number of hours booked represents the time available and does not guarantee that all tasks can be completed.
What happens if the cleaning is not completed on time?
The customer can decide: they can request additional hours and pay the hourly rate (by prior arrangement – we try to be flexible and provide extra hours on the same day if possible), or the work is completed and the remaining tasks are carried out at another time.
How is the number of hours determined?
Usually, the customer decides based on previous experience or the number of hours spent by the previous cleaner. This does not guarantee that the given time will be sufficient for the entire cleaning.
Can the cleaner stay longer if the work takes longer than expected?
Only by agreement, within the maximum time frame for that day.
How is the hourly rate calculated if more than one cleaner arrives?
The hourly rate is per person:
- for 2 people, the hourly rate is doubled,
- for 3 people, the hourly rate is tripled.
